By accessing or using Saunter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Saunter offers both free and premium account options:
Premium subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your Play Store account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Currently, all user-generated content (logbooks, notes) is stored locally on your device. In the future, we may introduce cloud storage options, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
We do not track or store user location data.
Premium users may create up to 500 trail logbooks and 500 custom logbooks. Excessive or automated usage that impacts system performance may result in account suspension or restrictions.
Saunter is designed as a personal hiking logbook and does not provide navigation, maps, or safety guidance. You acknowledge that hiking and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your personal safety.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from reliance on information entered into the App.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
